Closure The Factory

Dear ,
Please let me know the procedure to complete close down the Factory ,
In which company I am working , all the employee already has left the company own ground as on 31st Dec-2011, what should I do in this condition.

Is it that there was no employee in the factory when you decided to close down and the reason for closing is that all the employees have left the factory or lack of business.

Yes due to lack of business all the employees have left the factory, we decided to close the factory on 31st dec-2011, What should I do in this situation please let me know., Till now we don`t inform any deptt.

dear Friend,
Please inform to the Factory Authority and also the ID authority stating that as there is no employee left the organization and had submitted their resignation hence the company wants to close their business here.
also submit your original Factory license to the authority and send the notice of closer form Q ( if your factory strength was within 50 to 100).
You have to comply in other act also as per the applicability.
