I want to add content for the conduct of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions in New Delhi, aimed at Human Resource professionals. The Train the Trainer Programme announced in New Delhi from 26 Mar to 04 Apr 2012 has received a tremendous response. Due to this overwhelming interest, we are now targeting up to 20 seats. The best part of the program is that it allows all the trainers to understand human capital as 'human beings' and not as "machines," as most managers treat them today. They forget that the efficiency of a machine is 96-97%, and that of a human being is much, much more. I would dare to add unquantifiable.
