I am working with a manufacturing firm and I m basically into Recruitment & Staffing.So Recruitment & Staffing is the first area I want to specialize. I recommend you joining NHRD, Nagpur Chapter. While it may not directly help you in recruitment and staffing however, it will help in widening your horizons in the field of HR. Generally most of the NHRD chapters have monthly guest lectures. These lectures by HR veterans will help you in a big way. If you become member, these lectures are free. Occasionally the organisers also organise some training programmes. These training programmes are on no-loss-no-profit basis.
