I am attaching the Maharashtra Factories (Occupational Safety & Health Audit) Rules 2011, as notified by the Government of Maharashtra on 31.12.2011, for your information. These Rules provide for a third-party compulsory safety audit for factories in the State.

According to my knowledge, the final draft of the Notification on the said rules of 2011, which was sent for publication in the Gazette, has not been published yet. Therefore, there is no question of you receiving any hard copy of the said rules in the market.

If I am mistaken, the members of the forum can correct me.
