Asking for inputs from us for your project report?? Is this your project report that you suppose to work on or what?
Im sorry but need to work on this work at your own bcz it is your project report which matters alot for a student.

Second, before asking for inputs from other, please do share what you have learned so far and what do you mean by HR Analyst, so that other can discuss this with your properly which will help you to know others view/suggestion and helps you in your "Project Report/Research"

I agree with you, I have not posted my query properly. I am doing a small study on HR analytics , I thought it would help me to ask in this forum to understand what exactly is HR analytics.

It is good that you are doing this at your own first and done something...please does share what you understand and want.
I basically wanted to say that one must share himself what he/she thinks, have learned about any topic before asking anything from other in this kind of case else can just post a question such as What is HR Analytics & Tools etc. but here you were asking for inputs. Hope you got my point.
