Recruitment in this modern world has a different meaning and standard. The concern is that we are degrading into a level of materialistic job work depending on the job portals. Yes, this is not the fault of HR but of the time factor, money, and limited interest.

How many HR professionals in any organization would interact with their employees about the requirements? It would be very few, as the interest shown by the employees would also be very low unless it offers compensation.
