Thank you very much. According to the U.P. Dookan aur Vanijya Adhisthan Adhiniyam, 1962, SL are 15, CL are 10, and EL are 15. One of my friends works with a BPO in Agra in the day shift. After his 3-month probation period, he is getting a total of 24 leaves for a year. How can this be possible?

If he is also working in any establishment covered under the Shops Act, then this might be because of ignorance on the part of the management.
