It happens! happens allot, people with potential might not succeed just because of other people mis-guiding them. There is always a way how one can convert bad news in to a good news.
Yeah Mr. Rameshbala. It is our words which makes others encourage or discourage doing their activities. Always using positive words will fetch good result. But as like the deaf frog, if we act for the negative words and thoughts, then also we can succeed.
