You have given list of of the topics no doubt it. However, the topics that you have mentioned are routine ones. You have not included hardcore training modules of retail operations that have financial impact. While I am not against on conducting the following modules, however, you cannot disregard inventory management per se. One single right decision of manager on inventory will save lot of your precious working capital.

Just in the recent past I had been to Nigeria. Overall I am accustomed to the work culture of Africa. You may talk to your management and confirm how can we proceed together.
