Struggling to Get Candidates to Join After Offering? How Do You Ensure They Come Onboard?

Hi Friends,

This is Vivek from Bangalore. I am working as a Recruitment Executive in a CMMI Level 5 company in Bangalore. I have around 3+ years of experience in the recruitment field. From day one, I have been facing the same problem - I make around 6 to 8 offers in a month, but only 3 or 4 people join.

Can someone help me? After I release the offer, what should I do to get the candidates on board? It has become difficult for me. :(
