Small Consultancy with 10 Employees: What Labor Laws Should We Be Aware Of?

Respected seniors, I am working in a consultancy that is primarily engaged in training, consulting, and coaching activities. Currently, we have only 10 employees in the company.

Applicable Labor Laws Inquiry

What other labor laws would be applicable to us apart from the laws mentioned below:
1. Shops and Establishment
2. Bonus
3. Professional Tax

As per ESIC, it is applicable for a commercial establishment if they have employed more than 20 employees, but now it is proposed to lower it to 10 from 20.
