Need Guidance on Starting My HR Project Report: Where Can I Find Useful Resources?

Hello Everyone, I want your help. I have seen many others ask for assistance, and I also need the same, so I have joined citehr. I need help with my project report, which I have to send to my institute. There are many topics, but proper research is crucial.

Selected Topics for Project Report

I have selected a few topics:
1. Philosophy and Management of Human Resources in select large-sized Indian Industries.
2. Transfer and Promotional Strategies.
3. Cross-cultural issues in HR.

I just require your help on how to start my project. The idea is given; I only need some links from where I can get the proper ideas for my best report. Please help me.

You can choose to focus on cultural issues in HR and study based on the Octapace culture developed by Dr. Uday Pareek. You can compare the organizational culture of two or three companies.

Thanks, Kumar, but all these are the topics they have given to me. I have to choose any one of them and need to make one project. It's fine. In my view, you may have some difficulties in collecting necessary documents, data, or case studies for item No.3 as you would have limited sources. Whereas items 1 & 2 may be comparatively easier to carry out.
