Submission Of Form 27 (annual Return) - DOC Download

Kindly let me know what is Form 27. We are having a small firm dealing in auto designing. Our workforce is around 40 only.
Is there any format for Form 27. If there is any such format, kindly let me know.
Also for submitting the same form, with whom we should be dealing with?
Where this form to be submitted?

Dears,
Form 27 is a annual return under Factories Act,1948. if your organization is register under factories act then only you need to be submit from 27. this form contains yly manpower data.

First examine which State/Central Factory Rules are applicable in your case & then go through those applicable Rules to find out the format No. for sending it to the concerning Chief Inspector of Factories. Submitting this annual return is a statutory compliance & non compliance may lead to prosecution.
