Labor Licence - Labor Contract

Dear Sir,
We are from AP. we do have contract labors.
We have central labor licence.
Please tell me the process of renewal & wt r the register to be maintain.

Sub- Renewal of license
Assuming that you want to renew central labour license, You should apply under central rule (29 )to the Licensing Officer in Form VII within 30 days before the date on which the license expires along with the required fee (for which, you may refer to Rule 26) and the license shall be deemed to have been renewed on such application. In case of delay in making application a late fee at 25% in excess of the original fee is to be paid.
