Running a Factory on a National Holiday

If we run the factory on a national holiday, what is the procedure, the mode of payment, and how much should be paid? Please advise me.

If your factory is covered under the Factories Act, 1948, then you have to follow the overtime provisions. Double the salary is to be paid in case the factory is run on a national holiday.
