Dear all Seniors My quoestion is that: If we are run the factory on national holiday what is the procedure and what is the mode of payment and how much. Please advise me. Thanks santosh

If your factory is covered under the Factories Act, 1948, then you have to follow the overtime provisions. Double the salary is to be paid in case the factory is run on a national holiday.
