Need Help with Creating a Members Register Format for a Political Party?

What is the existing format of the Registration Form available with you in your political party for enrolling the members? If you can attach it, our members will guide or suggest any additions, deletions, or modifications in the format by which you can decide your new format.

Hi Bhaskar, I have just taken over this office bearer role one month ago, and to my surprise, I did not find any form of register in place. All they could show me was a members' register in hard copy. I am tasked with creating a database for the members based on their name, district, sub-county, parish, and telephone contact. I wonder how someone can best assist me in creating one.

Please get the below format printed and give it to all the members. After obtaining the signature of the members, ensure that the above details filled by them are correct and true to the best of their knowledge. Then, make an entry in the Membership Register. You can organize the registers geographically and by seniority and level of experience within the party.
