Good job. However, you can consider adding the following parameters:

1. Job knowledge and aptitude - academic background, past experience
2. Analytical mindset
3. Judgment
4. For technical candidates, you should also include:
- Quality and relevance of industry experience
- Attributes
- Logical approach

Thanks for sharing the excellent interview rating form. I require one clarification. You have mentioned Role Expectation against which you have Development and Testing. Can you elaborate on this?
