Hi Namrata,

There are many important roles of HR in a hospital, which are as crucial as in a corporate or MNC company. The same principles and mechanisms are utilized in hospitals. The healthcare industry is growing rapidly, and HR is in high demand in hospitals.

Dear Namrata,

I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 2 years now, and there is a much better scope for HR in this field. You will be dealing with educated individuals for each of your HR activities, which makes it more rewarding, especially for women.

Thanks & Regards,
