PF Is Applicable On Commission Paid To Pigmy Agents By Banks

EPF Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi has held that pigmy agents appointed by banks are employees of the bank and commission paid to them is wages under PF Act and hence PF is applicable on the commission. Copy of order dated 20.5.2011 in this regard is attached for your information.
