Applying For Jobs Outside From Office

Seniors, i would like to know what can be done when an HR knows that 2-3 of his/her employees are applying for jobs from their workplace.

This menace is everywhere. You can't stop the ppl applying to elsewhere but you can warn them not to do personal works during office hrs.
