Compensation And Benifit Analyst

Hi all,
I am working as a HR Administrator have done my certificate from Cipd but wanted to specialize as a compensation and benefit analyst what should be my next step ?

You may pursue all or atleast any of the two follg.value added courses for futhering your marketability in HR field:
1.PG.Dip./Degree in Social Welfare (MSW)
2. LL.B./LL.M. (Can practice and can also go for Service)
3. Certificate course - Actuary ( Mostly used in Insurance and Retirement benefits.)
4. ACS
5. MBA - HR
5. If U couldn't do regular course can do in Corres. (Dip.in Labour Laws, General Law etc.) as well, under which case U can't practice but many firms recognise them for employment.
Have I understood Ur reqt. correctly ?
