I have joined a new company as an HR-Admin Assistant. Please help me in calculating the leave eligibility of an employee and assist me in creating a leave structure.
Please note the following: For trainee employees, they will not be entitled to any leave until they become confirmed. Once they are confirmed, they can be entitled to 21 days as per the rules and standing orders of your company, or it can be 1.75 days per month basis.
Please guide me on whether an employee can avail earned leave if he has joined in July, or if he will get earned leave after the completion of 365 days.
