Leave Structure - Employees Leaves

I have joined a new company as Hr-Admin Asst.. Please help in calculating leave eligibility of an employee, help me for making leave structure.

First Please share the working hours it is for those work for 8hrs to ten hours who work in shift for 24hrs and 7 days.

Dear Anjali,
Please note the following - For Trainee employees they will not he entitle for any leave unless and until they become confirm. Once they confirm they can be entitled for 21 days per the rules and standing order of your company, or it should be 1.75 days per month basis.

Please guide me whether an employee can avail earn leave if he has joined in July, or he will get earned leave after completion of 365 days.
