Myself priyanka.I urgently need updates state wise all over india minimum wages for skilled, semi skilled, unskilled labour chart including Basic + DA mentioning all other grades if any, also with latest notification(if i can find on net or any paper).
Our company comes under shops and estabilishment act.

You can utilize web site Salary Survey India, Online Wage Survey, Salary Survey by Paycheck India & different web sites of your appropriate Govt. Labour Department for having minimum rates of wages for different categories. Where it is not possible to have these
latest rates then ask your ofiicials to approach their area labour office for this purpose.

Dear Mr. Khosla
thanks for the information but i need Notification. for example recently bihar minimum wages have been increased.so i am in need of government notification.paycheck is not having any update regarding notification.

As already suggested approach your area labour office for obtaining copy of the notification. Copy of the notification can also be obtained from the concerning appropriate Govt. Controller, Printing & Staionery who publises these notification.
