PF Subscriber Is A Consumer Under Consumer Protection Act - Supreme Court

Dear friends,
Pl find attached copy of Supreme Court judgement dated 22.4.2008 wherein it has been held that PF subscriber is a consumer within the meaning of Consumer Protection Act and hence can file his complaint with the consumer forum.
