Supreme Court Ruling: Can PF Subscribers Really File Complaints as Consumers?

Dear friends, please find attached a copy of the Supreme Court judgment dated 22.4.2008, wherein it has been held that a PF subscriber is considered a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, they can file their complaint with the consumer forum.
