ESIC has revised the procedure for settlement of claims where patients are referred to tie-up hospitals. Pl refer attached circular dated 9.11.2011 in this regard.

Hello, I had ESI card and I resigned my job 3months ago, due to some problems.
And now I have to go through surgery and I need to know whether we claim the ESI benefits now.
