Please suggest the various fun activities/celebrations that can be organized in the office. Also, I would like to know about the CSR activities that can be initiated.

You can have various celebrations, like having a birthday party for every employee. You can even have parties for special days such as:

- Friendship Day
- Valentine's Day
- Guru Purnima (where every employee can get a chance to thank his/her boss)
- Dussehra

You can also organize monthly picnics to new locations or weekly picnics where every employee can efficiently do their work and enjoy at the same time.

I suggest that you can actually brainstorm various activities month-wise, matching them with festivals, etc. I did this exercise a few days back; it may be helpful to you. Check this out:

Environment Day - Tree Plantation (will be a CSR initiative as well)
Independence Day - Movie Day

Diwali - Decoration/Rangoli at all office locations
- Sweet and Gift Packs
- Inter-Region Quiz Competition
- Employee get-together

Christmas - Decoration
- Cake distribution

New Year - Decoration
- New year greeting for all at residence
- Lunch at office

Republic Day - Cricket Matches

Holi - Holi party in the evening (colors and evening snacks). Think of some themes for dresses; maybe the last Saturday of every month, people can have a theme dress code - all in denim, all in white, etc. Rest take people out for an outing - the best way to bond!
