Deputation From PSU To PSU

Dear Members
I have been deputed from reputed PSU to another PSU can any body inform me that what is the rule for my pay, House lease rule, incetive & performance bonus in the new PSU. medical etc
Pl reply early.
e.g from NTPC Ltd to Damodar valley corporation.

AFIK, the rules of the PSU where you are currently employed may prevail unless some specific guarantees/exemptions are mentioned in your deputation order. The rules of NTPC & DVC are more or less similar on employee point of view, as far as I know as both the entities are coming under ministry of Power.
