Manpower planning is essential for any organization to ensure that it has the right people in the right roles at the right time. Recruitment plays a key role in attracting top talent to fulfill the organization's manpower needs. Employee engagement is crucial for maintaining high levels of productivity and job satisfaction. Performance management involves setting clear goals, providing feedback, and evaluating employee performance. Compliance ensures that the organization follows all relevant laws and regulations. Wherever human resources are employed! For example, ATMs don't have any humans to govern cash transactions for customers; therefore, no HR management is required in the ATM kiosk. The functions in an ATM are performed by automatic computers and machines. However, if you go to the bank for similar cash transactions with a bank employee, you need HRM to govern their job.
