Need Help Calculating Retroactive Salary After Winning Suspension Case – Any Advice?

I have recently won a case against my suspension in the year 2000. The court has ordered my organization to pay me salary from October 2000 to the present date. Now, I want to calculate my retroactive salary and submit it to the court in the form of a chart. Can anybody help?

In which organization are you currently working? What was the salary structure offered to you at the time of joining, and what is it in practice now? How is the normal practice for giving increments determined? What are the eligibility criteria for promotion? By considering these factors, you can calculate your salary with retrospective effect.
