Struggling with No Leave Policy at Work: How Can I Convince My Boss It's Unfair?

Dear Seniors, Please help me out in this regard as my company is not providing any kind of leaves. As I am new to this company, he told me to do the same thing. I told him that this is a complete violation according to the labor department, but he is not convinced.

Request for Leave Rules and Examples

Please help me out by providing leave rules or some examples which I can show him. Please indicate the merits and demerits of providing leave.

If the leave rules are to be enforced by the Labour Department, then approach your area Labour Inspector and ask him to implement the statutory leaves applicable in your case.

I am very happy to see all the points and suggestions. I also implement the policies in my factory; this is a small-scale industry. Our staff is only 36. Here, I can implement HR policies regarding payroll, leave, etc. Please provide the formats and suggestions.

I would like to inquire about my eligibility for maternity leave, the duration of the leave, and when I can expect to receive my salary during this leave period.
