Seeking Advice on Enhancing Professionalism in the Workplace
I am working as an HR Executive in an IT company with over 20 employees, and there are three teams: the Mobile Application Development team, the Web Development team, and the BPO team. Due to a lack of professionalism by the BPO team, other employees are disturbed and are also influenced by BPO employees. Please suggest how I can bring professionalism to my office.
