EPF - Salary Caluculation

I am a fresher.let me know about the calculation of EPF.Our salary basis is Basic+HRA+Special allowance/conveyence.I want know the contribution from emplooyee and employer's part

PF Contribution : 12% by Employer side & same by Employee. it is calculated on Basic salary only.

EPF contribution on Basic uo to Rs. 6500. Employee contribution is 12% and Employers contribution is 3.67% for PF, 8.33% for Pension and 0.5% of EDLI and 1.11% for admin Charges.
Total Employer contribution is 13.61%
