3500/250(No.working days)x9000(three months basic wages)x 8.33%
=10495/- is it right?

Dear Prasad
Please calculate it on monthwise. Then total it to find out the annual bonus amount
Rs.3500/(No of working days in the month) * No of days worked by the worker = Eligibled Basic Pay for calculating the Bonus.
Add all the months he worked Basic Pay and then multiply with the Percentage of Bonus declared by your company.
