New to HR? Seeking Guidance on Crafting Effective Policies for a Software Company

I recently completed my MBA and joined as an HR in a company. Now, I have to prepare HR policies for this company. Please help me in preparing HR policies for a Software Developing company.

Hi Traumani,

Can you please specify which policy you want to create? In case you don't have any formats, you can refer to your company's previous policies and create a new one. I am also sending you some recruitment policies from other companies that I have. I hope they might be of help to you.
