Model standing order for dairy industry for the state of Maharashtra or Central?

Without factory licence, is it possible to get standing orders approval from labour department ?

In one of the factory there is no company employees. Only contract laboures are working. In this situation whether we got standing orders? It means agriment Management and contract employees. Is it possible?.

Dear Member,
In my opinion, if your unit is covered under the factory as defined under Factories Act, 1948 & you are not having factory licence, even then you are to have certified standing orders after six month. Plz see that you are employing 100 workmen.
