Dear Members, I work for a construction company in Bangalore and was wondering if there is anyone from the same industry who could share their HR policy manual or employee manual. It would be of great help.
There is a wealth of information already posted on CiteHR about Policy Manuals. This question is asked many times every single week. Even if there is not an exact manual for your industry, there are probably hundreds of manuals posted here that you can adapt to meet the requirements of your specific company.
