Hi, I'm Dimple, currently pursuing my MBA. I am working on a project focusing on employee engagement. I am in need of guidance on how to prepare a questionnaire and also how to analyze the responses effectively.

Hi!

Try searching it on the net; you'll get a brief idea about how to frame the questionnaire. To analyze the data, it will depend on questionnaires, whether they are open-ended or close-ended. You can use a simple Excel sheet and add graphs, or you can use software called SPSS. It will help you apply all kinds of tests like T-test, F-Test, Z-Test (parametric, non-parametric tests). First, concentrate on your questionnaire, and after that, it will become easy to decide how to go ahead with the analytical part. If required, I can send you a format on how to proceed with your report.

Hi,

Try to bifurcate the question into various processes that impact engagement in an organization. Then, try to frame questions around them. For example:

- Organizational Values, Vision, Mission - Ownership
- Staffing - Recruitment, Induction, Warm-Up, and Settling in an Organization
- Role Clarity
- Manager's Outlook and Relationship
- Career Development
- Performance Management System (PMS)
- Rewards and Recognition
- Team Building
- Training and Development (T&D)
- Skills/Competency Enhancement
- Etc.

Cheers,
K

Hey friends,

I am currently conducting a survey on employee engagement but am struggling to find an established test to validate my survey. Can anyone offer guidance on how I can validate it? I am unsure whether "T" and "F" should be computed. Please help.
