Hi I m Dimple Doing my MBA. I m doing a project on employee engagement.I need some guidance as to how to prepare a questionnaire n also how to analyse the questionnaire.

Try & search it on the net you'll get a brief idea about how to frame the questionnaire.
To analyze the data it will depend on questioners whether they are open -ended or close -ended. You can use simple excel sheet & add graphs or you can use a software called SPSS it will help you to apply all kind of tests like T- test, F-Test, Z-Test (parametric, non parametric tests). First concentrate on your questionnaire after that it will become easy to decide how to go ahead with the analytical part.

Try and bifurcate the Q into various processes which impacts Engagement in an organisation. Then, try and frame Qsns around them.
e.g.
Organisational Values, Vision, Mission - Ownership
Staffing-Recruitment, Induction, Warm Up and Settling in an Orgn
Role Clarity
Manager's Outlook and Relationship
Career Dev
PMS
Rewards and Recognition
Team Building
T&D
Skills/Competency Enhancement
etc etc....

hey friends. even i am making a survey on employee enagagement but cant get my hands on an established test to validate my survey. any help as to how can i validate it? im not sure if T and F should be computed! Please Help
