some of the latest HR practices present in current scenario are potential appraisal and assessment centres. The HR is also concentrating on meritrocracy and also tries to convert the normal workers into Knowledge workers.
Human resources is also becoming a strategic part of the organisation and HR Budgeting and HR costing is also a new dimension of the Human resources.
