- Select your state.
- Select your city.
- Enter your PF account number and your mobile number.
You will receive an SMS with details.

Hi, my name is Tejas. My PF account number is TH THA 45227/11079. I left my previous job on June 30th, 2011, and exactly two months later on September 19th, I contacted my former company where I was employed and filled out the form to withdraw PF. I attached revenue stamps and signed the form. Unfortunately, I did not take a photocopy of it. Since September 19th, I have not received any information or acknowledgment regarding the status of my PF withdrawal. I am unsure whether the claim has been received, is under process, or any other status. Can anyone guide me on what I should do now?
