This is Karjee, I am with 7+ Years of Exp in BPO, as i was working with Company i will be with One designation and i was busy with taking care of my process,
Today i have got a Business Lead, where i can start up my Own Call Center, I do know to start a company few Basic things what supposed to be done like Setup, VOIP, Manpower, etc, But as per my knowledge i feel i know very little,
Kindly suggest me or guide me with the fallowing
1. What are the major aspects initially i have to have to start Call Center/BPO
2. Where will i get the Things Done if you suggest any thing for the first question
3. Where? HOw? When?
