Hi Harish,

If you want to get more information about "Attrition," go to the quick search at the top corner near the image. Have you seen it? Just search for Bob Gately (Cite HR member), and you will find more details on attrition and retention policy. Alternatively, search for "Attrition" in the quick search, and you will find more articles.

Dear Saravana,

Thank you for your reply. I would do the same; normal attrition search I had already done it, would do it again with the specified name. I was keen on individual ideas from members.

Reducing attrition is a natural offshoot of what we do. We show employers how to hire successful employees, which means new hires stay on the job for a long time while doing their jobs successfully. This means that attrition rates plummet as new hires replace employees who quit or get fired. It takes about a year and a half to cut turnover rates (attrition rates) in half.
