Dear friends,
Now various Educational Boards & universities across the country will have to issue degrees, diplomas and certificates to students electronically and hence there will be no need to approach them again for getting certified true copies. Besides, the cases of tampering with these documents will be avoided. A Bill to this effect has been introduced in Parliament, copy of which is attached for your reference.
