Struggling with HR Policies for a Chartered Accountant Firm? Let's Share Ideas and Solutions

Hi everyone, can you tell me what the HR policies can be for a chartered accountant firm or company? I am new to our firm and facing difficulties in formulating HR policies.

There is a ton of information about HR policies already posted here on CiteHR by other members. This question is asked several times every single week, over and over again. Please use the search box at the top of every page. Search first, ask second.

Your noble thoughts on self-learning are an inspiration for newcomers. However, I believe there is a way to convey your thoughts. Sorry to say, but your first reply was a bit RUDE.

Regarding searching for information, CiteHR is one of the tools to obtain information, and that is what Mr. Varma is doing by posting his query. How can you state that he has not done any research for what he is looking for? His intention might be to seek information from experts or seniors who have been in the profession for many years.
