Hi everyone, can you tell me what the HR policies can be for a chartered accountant firm or company? I am new to our firm and facing difficulties in formulating HR policies.

Your noble thoughts on self-learning are an inspiration for newcomers. However, I believe there is a way to convey your thoughts. Sorry to say, but your first reply was a bit RUDE.

Regarding searching for information, CiteHR is one of the tools to obtain information, and that is what Mr. Varma is doing by posting his query. How can you state that he has not done any research for what he is looking for? His intention might be to seek information from experts or seniors who have been in the profession for many years.

Thank you, Ojaswini, and yes, Mr. Anil, I have already searched for it first, and then I entered my post here to get some more new ideas from experts like you.
