I hope we need to obtain approval from the Factories Office at the beginning stage of the construction of the factory with all the above details. Am I correct? If not, please correct me with details.

Dear Karunayasuresh, Mr. Ashok is right. You are also advised to coordinate with the local factory department office so that the whole process will go smoothly.

Thanks & regards,

Dear Sir, we must obtain an Occupational Certificate/plot allotment letter from the Industries Department, like HSIIDC Haryana, regarding the building plan and adhere to the norms as per the Factory Act during construction. To the best of my knowledge, there is no need to seek pre-approval from the Labor Department.
