5. Qualification Certificate of component ENGINEER.
6. Production process Flow Charts
7. Brief description of Manufacturing Process.
8. List of Machinery Hazardous involved in it and safety taken at site.
9. Safety measurement takes in factory premises.
10. Allotment latter of plot/ Occupational certificate
11. N.O.C. of Fire.
12. Pollution Consent
13. Partner/director Ship Deed
14. List of employees
15. Lease Agreement/ Sale Deed
16. Fee challan
etc.

Dear Sir
We must be get Occupational certificate/ plot allotment letter from Industries Dept. like HSIIDC Haryana regarding building plan and follow the norms as per Factory act on the time of construction. As per my knowledge there is no need to take pre approval from Labor Dept.
