HR Generalist - Manufacturing Sector

I am a fresher and want to know about the roles of HR generalist in service sector and manufacturing sector.

Hi, the role of HR generalist encompass all the HR activities, depending on the maturity of the organisation it can vary from OD activites to operations. Like if the org is mature as HRG your portfolio might include OD, training planning, Strategic planning, but if the organisation is not mature than it might become operational like running payroll cycles, ensuring data santity...........
