a) What is your product or service?
b) What is the geographical spread of your vendors?
c) How have you categorised your vendors?
d) Are you from procurement department or HR department?
e) The person who deals with vendors, does that person requires technical knowledge?

its a event management company and i am into HR department. i have to formulate company policy manual which will include policy for vendors.vendors are not only important for operation people but for the execution of whole event. so from that point of view please help.
