What is so special about airports? Go ahead and do some literature survey on TQM in general to start with, then narrow it down to services, and then further into services where the customer base is very large and varying; and then finally home in on airport services. However, a note of caution: as it is a Master's dissertation rather than a doctoral thesis, it is better to narrow the field down and pick a particular aspect of airport operation. Otherwise, you may be taking on too wide a project for comfort.
