WHN U HANDLE FOR THE FIRST TIME, UR R ACTUALLY CLEANING THE MESS WHICH WAS MADE EARLIER. SO NOW ITS TH TIME TO CLEAN IT UP. ND REARRANGE IT.

WHEN A NEW JOINEE JOINS, PREPARE A SEPRATE JOINING KIT. WHICH SHUD INCLUDE ALL THE NECESSRY DOCS, INCLUDING PF, ESIC, BANK A/C OPN (WHICH R COMMON). ONCE U START REGULATING IT, ALL THE NEXT WILL FALL IN PLACE...

GET THE SLARY STRUCTURES, UNDERSTAND THEM, ARRANGE THEIR FORMS.

ABT THE OLDER FORMS, PREPARE STATUS REPORT AND AS PER THE TH INFOR PROVIDED BY OTHR CITE HR MEMBERS, SEGRGTE THM, AND EXECUTE THEM.

ONCE THE SALRY REPORT IS PREPARED, U PREPAR THE CHALLANS AT ONE GO. I SUBMIT THE CHALLANS (PF, ESIC, PT) ON OR B4 15TH OF EACH MONTH, IRRESPECTV OF DIFF SUBMISION DATES.

WHN AN EMPLOYEE LEAVES, FILL THE REQUISITE WITHDRAWL FORM AND PROCESS THE 3A FORMS. SUBMITT THM...I GUESS THE ANNUAL SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE VESTED IN UR HANDS.

PLACE FOR EVERYTHIN, EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE...

just log in to www.epfindia.com where u can EPF forms & details
and www.esic.com for esi..

for EPF u have to calculate 12% of basic + DA but in some companies they provide only basic, but it must covered as per minimum wages act of that state. the maximum limit is 6500/- than it is th employer laibality to provide PF or not. If you have those employees whose basic + Da is more than 6500/ than while calculating EPS u have to limit till 541/- and the remaining employer contribution as to be remited in EPF fund. the form no 2 as to be send for declaration and while the returns i.e before 25 of presiding month u have send the details in form no 5.

and for ESI form no 1 is declaration in which u have put post card size photo, which will initiatally for 3 months. along with that u have send the details in form 3 and even clearly mention or catogarise male & Female. than after 3 months u have submit the details in the card for the permanant insurance no. Every month before 21 st u have to remit the emploee & Emplooyeer contribution to the consent bank and simultaineously the half year returns with priscribed forms i.e before before april 12 & Nov 11 and the maximum amt is 10000/- per month

These attacments are useful only when in your case the appropriate Govt. is central Govt. Plz be careful in utilizing the matter. When your unit / company is covered under State Rules then go through them & adhere to those Rules for compliance of the different labour laws.
