Apart from the routine functions like recruitment, selection, training, performance management, position analysis, and department structures, we are also engaged in various employee welfare activities.

Arvind, sure. I will send you a very good presentation on change management. For employee recognition, we have implemented a few initiatives that make our employees feel valued. Some measures we have introduced include:

- Providing refreshments during weekdays
- Best employee awards
- Wishing employees on their birthdays and anniversaries
- Motivating workers by engaging with them directly on the floors

Dear team,

We have designed a system where each Head of Department (HOD) nominates an employee from their department based on the Key Result Areas (KRA) and profiles of the employees, according to the monthly performance. Subsequently, in the meeting of the HODs, a discussion on all the nominated employees takes place, and the best employee of the month is finalized. This employee is generally rewarded by any of the directors.
