Ya arvind sure. I would send u a very good presentation on change management. And for employee recognition we have started few things which forces our employees to think that ya the company is doing something for the. Some measures which we have started are:

Wishing on b'days, anniversaries.
Motivating the workers by going directly to the floors...
Dear we have designed system. Depending upon the KRA & profiles of the employees, each HOD nominates an employee from his/her dept., on the basis of monthly performance done. Then in the meeting of HOD's, a discussion on all the nominated employees is done & the best employee of the month is finalised, who is rewarded generaly by any of the director.
It would be kind of you both to share your private communication via a private media..such as phone and personla i.ds.
